Meet at 10:30 at the visitor centre ready for the tour of Robin Hood's Cave at 11:00.    This will last at least an hour.     The cost of the tour is £4.75 for adults and £3.00 for children over five.     Children under five are not able to come into the cave.     Robin Hood's Cave has evidence of ice age activity which relates to the formation of the gorge and crags.     There is a small museum and bookshop at the centre.

After a picnic lunch near the centre we will take a short walk around the limestone gorge to look further at the geology of the limestones.
